district senior QUARTETs
The first International Seniors Quartet contest was held in 1986 in Tucson, AZ. At that time, senior quartets needed to just show-up and sing — as long as, each member was 55 years of age or older, with a combined total of 240 or more years. Currently, quartets can select to compete for the District Senior Quartet Championship and/or qualify to represent EVG at the International Seniors Quartet contest at the following Mid-Winter Convention.
